Philosophy

The first question a company must ask is: “What is the reason why it exists and does it work?”

The answers can be multiple, depending on the education, the context and ultimately the expectations in the activities performed; but as we can see we are always moving in a subjective field and our response is not in this direction. For Crealab Sagl the goal and the reason why it exists is customer satisfaction. For us, a company has only this end and to succeed in its work it must be in close contact with the customer, and understand its needs, then propose solutions.

The fact that Crealab Sagl has a limited territory has allowed us to avoid the mistakes that many large companies make, underestimate the needs of a single customer. We have never been able to afford this “luxury”: the territory is too small and even a “single customer” is essential for us. We are grateful for the fact that we live and work in such a small area, precisely because this has allowed us and perhaps “forced” us to maintain the course we have set ourselves: customer satisfaction.
