Our History

Crealab Sagl was born in 1999 as an agency for the resale of the equipment of Agilent Technologies (then HP) in Ticino. In 2001 the management of Crealab Sagl invested with foresight in the technical service, creating a local assistance department. The results have been extremely positive, our customers have rewarded this choice by allowing us to grow. From birth, Crealab Sagl has promoted itself as a consultant for analytical problems in collaboration with Agilent Technologies has started to provide our customers with the most used consumables in chemical laboratories (HPLC / GC columns, vials, SPE, etc).

In 2002 Crealab Sagl entered into a partnership agreement with Metrohm AG, a Swiss foundation world leader in the production of analytical instrumentation for ion analysis, Crealab Sagl transported the winning idea of ​​the joint local technical service with the sale also in the promotion of Metrohm AG products.

The guiding idea of ​​Crealab Sagl has always been to provide its customers with complete solutions, a single point of contact for sales, services, and consumables.

In this perspective, since 2009 Crealab Sagl has also dealt with the management of the post-sales contractual conditions for the product lines of competence. Service contracts are an indispensable service for certified companies, and local management of contracts also allows greater flexibility.
